Refund & Cancellation Policy
CIBIL FIXER
Please note. Refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. Read the sections below carefully before making any payment.
1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs refunds, cancellations and payment-related matters concerning services provided by CIBIL FIXER.
By making any payment to CIBIL FIXER, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Nature of Services
CIBIL FIXER provides professional services including:
- Credit Report Analysis
- Credit Profile Review
- Credit Improvement Guidance
- Dispute Assistance
- Documentation Support
- Credit Education
- Advisory Services
These services involve professional time, expertise, consultation, analysis, documentation review, administrative work and service delivery efforts.
3. Report Check Fee
Any Credit Report Check Fee, Report Analysis Fee or similar assessment fee charged by CIBIL FIXER shall be strictly non-refundable once report review, assessment, analysis, verification or consultation has commenced.
4. Work Commencement
Work shall be deemed to have commenced upon the occurrence of any one or more of the following:
- Receipt of customer documents
- Credit report review
- Credit analysis initiation
- Customer consultation
- Case assessment
- Preparation of reports
- Preparation of dispute drafts
- Internal file creation
- Allocation of case to staff, analyst or consultant
- Communication of findings, recommendations or observations
5. No Refund After Work Commencement
Once work has commenced, no refund shall be available, whether partial or full, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by CIBIL FIXER in writing.
The customer acknowledges that professional services may begin immediately upon initiation of review, assessment, analysis, consultation or related activities.
6. Customer Non-Cooperation
No refund shall be available where service completion is affected, delayed, suspended or rendered impossible due to:
- Failure to provide required documents
- Failure to provide requested information
- Failure to respond to communications
- Failure to follow professional guidance or recommendations
- Failure to complete required customer actions
- Delay caused by the customer
- Customer becoming unreachable or non-responsive
7. Incomplete Documentation
No refund shall be available if the customer fails to submit documents, records, authorizations, confirmations or information reasonably required for service delivery.
8. Change of Mind
Payments shall not be refundable merely because:
- The customer changes their mind
- The customer no longer wishes to continue
- The customer decides not to proceed
- The customer obtains services elsewhere
9. Third-Party Decisions
No refund shall be available because:
- A dispute is not accepted
- A bureau does not update records
- A bank rejects a request
- A loan is not approved
- A credit card is not approved
- Credit score does not increase to a desired level
- Any third party makes an unfavorable decision
Final decisions remain with the relevant Credit Bureau, Bank, NBFC, Financial Institution or Regulatory Authority.
10. Fraudulent Information
No refund shall be available if services are suspended or terminated due to:
- False information
- Forged documents
- Misrepresentation
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of applicable laws
11. Duplicate Payments
If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same transaction and CIBIL FIXER verifies that a duplicate amount has been received, the excess duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.
Refunds under this clause shall be limited only to the duplicate amount received.
12. Excess Payments
If a customer mistakenly pays an amount greater than the amount requested for the same transaction, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.
13. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, CIBIL FIXER may process the refund through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
Processing times may vary depending upon verification requirements, banks, payment gateways and financial institutions.
Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 7–15 business days.
14. Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation of services.
However, cancellation does not automatically create any entitlement to a refund.
Refund eligibility shall be determined strictly in accordance with this Policy.
15. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Payment Reversals
Customers acknowledge that payments are made for professional services which may commence immediately upon receipt of payment, documents or customer instructions.
Where services have commenced, been performed, partially performed, reviewed, analyzed, assessed, consulted upon or delivered, the customer shall not initiate any improper chargeback, payment reversal or payment dispute solely to avoid payment obligations.
If a chargeback, payment dispute or payment reversal is initiated, CIBIL FIXER may submit relevant evidence including:
- Payment Records
- Invoices
- WhatsApp Communications
- Emails
- Consultation Records
- Analysis Reports
- Service Logs
- Uploaded Documents
- Customer Instructions
- Delivery Records
to the relevant bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, card network, financial institution or dispute resolution authority. Initiation of a chargeback does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund and does not invalidate work already performed. CIBIL FIXER reserves the right to suspend ongoing services during the pendency of any chargeback or payment dispute.
16. No Partial Refunds
No partial refund shall be available for services that have been partially performed, substantially performed or where work has commenced, unless expressly approved by CIBIL FIXER in writing or required by applicable law.
Professional time, expertise, consultation, analysis, documentation review and administrative efforts shall be considered earned upon commencement of work.
17. Abandoned or Inactive Cases
Where a customer fails to provide required documents, information, confirmations or cooperation for an extended period, the case may be treated as inactive, abandoned or closed.
Closure or inactivity caused by customer inaction shall not create any entitlement to a refund.
18. Payment Allocation
Customers acknowledge that payments made to CIBIL FIXER are for professional services including:
- Consultation
- Analysis
- Assessment
- Documentation Review
- Dispute Preparation
- Administrative Processing
- Customer Support
- Professional Expertise
- Related Service Activities
Payments are not made solely for final outcomes, approvals, score increases or specific results.
19. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
20. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nagaur, Rajasthan.
Customer Acknowledgement
By making any payment to CIBIL FIXER, the customer confirms that:
- They have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- They understand that professional work may commence immediately upon document submission, consultation or analysis.
- They understand that refunds are generally not available after work has commenced.
- They agree that duplicate payment refunds, if applicable, shall be subject to verification.
- They agree that payments are made for professional services and professional efforts, not for guaranteed outcomes.
These policies shall be read together with all other applicable policies, customer declarations, consent forms, invoices, quotations, service agreements and official communications issued by CIBIL FIXER.
